Stephen H. Farthing initiated this suit against the Life Insurance Company of North America (LICNA) to recover compensation allegedly due for injuries he sustained while under the coverage of an accidental death and dismemberment insurance policy. Farthing amputated parts of several of his fingers with a circular saw. The trial court granted summary judgment for LICNA, and Farthing appeals this judgment. Because the insurance contract is unambiguous, and because Farthings injuries do not fall within the coverage of the policy, we affirm.
